Privacy notice

We collect only what an intentional request needs.

Aster Nova Agency records the information submitted in a question or consultation request so we can review it, reply through the consented channel, and keep a clear internal record of that interaction.

Public planning-tool entries stay in the browser unless a signed-in creator deliberately saves a scenario in the Creator Portal.

What a request creates

A limited internal request record.

A submitted name, email, message, selected reply channel, and consent record are stored in Aster Nova’s internal CRM so the request can be read and handled. Social replies are manual. SMS is unavailable. We do not create a profile from browsing or collect public planning-tool answers.

Aggregate measurement

We count pages, not people.

This site records a coarse daily total for eligible public page paths and an optional simple source label such as a campaign or utm_source. It does not use cookies, visitor IDs, IP addresses, user agents, referrers, fingerprinting, ad pixels, or cross-site tracking. Planning-tool answers, consultation answers, and form fields are never used for this measurement.

Follow-up and choices

Optional follow-up is separate.

An optional follow-up request creates internal 3-, 7-, and 30-day reminders only. You can turn off optional follow-up at any time from the contact page. Turning it off does not erase the original request or prevent a necessary direct response to the request you made.

Retention

Records do not live forever.

Active website inquiries are retained for up to 12 months. Resolved inquiries are retained for up to 24 months from resolution. After that period, Aster Nova removes the inquiry’s identifying content and keeps only the minimum opt-out suppression record needed to honor a follow-up preference.

This notice describes the website’s current operating policy. It does not replace any rights available under applicable law.
